We are a small professional vacation rental agency with condos in Shorewalk Villas Resort in Bradenton, Florida. We strive to make our guests' stay trouble-free and take care of our owners’ homes as if they were our own. We recently renovated those amazing vacation condos with a setting in a typical Florida style and have been very thoughtful in the upgrades made for the comfort of guests, done with the full intention of providing a fun, family-friendly home that will allow all visitors to create one-of-a-kind memories! The Shorewalk Complex is located along Cortez Avenue in Bradenton, Florida, with a Zip code of 34210, and has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988. Located in the heart of Bradenton, the tree-lined, 30-acre property features over 150 two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-term stays. The complex is 15 miles away from Sarasota Bradenton Airport and 50 miles away from Tampa International Airport. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20-minute drive up. Also, we are located 5 minutes' drive to the famous IMG Academy and 15-20 minutes' drive to Ana-Maria Island with its white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island. The world-famous Disney World is only a two-hour drive away in Orlando.

We find it is a beautiful setting and enjoy all the natural surroundings and wildlife. The ponds are stocked with fish, and there are many ducks, turtles, and birds, and a couple of otters.
