The Shorewalk Complex is located along Cortez Avenue in Bradenton, Florida, with a Zip code of 34210, and has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988. Located in the heart of Bradenton, the tree-lined, 30-acre property features over 150 two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-term stays. The complex is 15 miles away from Sarasota Bradenton Airport and 50 miles away from Tampa International Airport. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20-minute drive up. Also, we are located 5 minutes drive to the famous IMG Academy and 15-20 minutes drive to Ana-Maria Island with its white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island. The world-famous Disney World is only a two-hour drive away in Orlando.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the amenities offered by the Shorewalk Villas Condominium Association. We find it is a beautiful setting and enjoy all the natural surroundings and wildlife. The ponds are stocked with fish, and there are many ducks, turtles, and birds, and a couple of otters.
